By purchasing a full exclusive license for a template (only available on selected templates), you are purchasing the exclusive and transferrable right to use the template as you wish. You will become the new owner of the template and may re-sell, re-distribute, transfer rights to, and release the master version of the track/template. Please note that although you are the new owner of the template, other customers might have purchased non-full exclusive licenses of this item before you placed your full exclusive order, and are entitled to a license to use elements from this template in their music.

Post-purchase questions
Instantly! After checking out and completing the payment, within minutes you will receive an e-mail containing the link to download your files. Your download links will also be displayed on the order confirmation page after payment. Finally, if you have a Myloops user account and used it to order, your downloads will also be available on your “My Account” page. Please do not share any download links or account information with anyone.
This happens very rarely, but it’s possible that your E-mail arrived in the spam folder or that our system doesn’t receive the payment notification sent by the payment gateway. In this case, please first check your spam folder, and if it’s not there, send us a message using our Contact page and we will always fix the issue within 24 hours (but usually a lot faster!).
Don’t worry! If for some reason you cannot access your download link immediately after payment, one possibility is that the e-mail with your download link got placed into your spam folder (this happens sometimes if you use hotmail, gmail, …). Please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your e-mail after 1 hour, please contact us by using our contact page and we will send you the download link manually. If you created an account on the Myloops website, you can also download the files from your account page.
No problem, we will reset your download counters for you. Please send us a message using our Contact page and we will always fix the issue within 24 hours (but usually a lot faster!).
If you get an “unknown email address” error when trying to log in, this either means you used a different email address for your account, or you haven’t yet created a user account at Myloops. This typically happens because you do a “guest” purchase (without creating a user account at Myloops). Please go to our Register page and create a user account with the same email address as the one on your order. Your order will then be linked to your new account. If you have any further issues, please Contact us.
Usually, we will answer very fast. But even when things are busy, we promise to get back to you within 24 hours for any issues related to a purchase. If we fail to deliver on that promise, you will get a 100% refund on your purchase.
This typically happens when the order was made as a “guest order” (without being logged into your existing user account). All you have to do is write to us using our Contact page, include your order ID number in your request, and we will link your purchase to your existing user account.”
Don’t worry, there’s an easy fix: it seems that the Spire versions 1.0.x and 1.1.x are incompatible with each other. If you have the more recent 1.1.x installed on your computer, and the project was made with Spire 1.0.x (or the opposite), that’s why the presets aren’t loading (1.1.x and 1.0.x are incompatible). The good news is that you can have both versions installed on the same machine, which is what we have in our studio; this way there are no compatibility issues. You can grab both the 1.1.x and the 1.0.x versions (in the download/ older versions section) from the Reveal Sound website. Feel free to contact us for any further assistance.
If you have changed your mind and haven’t downloaded the files yet (as per our system logs), you have the right to ask for a refund. Please contact us by e-mail using our contact page. If however you already clicked on the download link, we consider that you have taken delivery of the product and therefore we cannot offer a refund.
The download link that you received after your purchase is only useable 3 times. After that, it is automatically disabled to guarantee optimal security for the files on our servers. It is recommended that you keep a backup of your downloaded files on your hard disk or burn them to a CD. If you weren’t able to do this and if you need to download your product again, please contact us by using our contact page and we will generate a new download link for you.
License questions
All Rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. The sounds and files are licensed, not sold, to you to be reproduced within your original musical compositions only. All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to embody and reproduce the enclosed sound samples within their music compositions. Use of these sounds in multimedia projects is limited to use within original musical compositions. Any other multimedia use of these sounds must be cleared with the producer of this product prior to release. This license is granted for a single user only (and is given on a worldwide basis). The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection and sound samples. You cannot electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time -sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. Opening this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Nobody, unless they also purchased the same product from us. Only the original buyer of the product has the right to use it. This means that you CANNOT SELL, redistribute or simply give the files to anyone else. If you do, and they use the sounds within a commercial release, they will have to pay royalties to Myloops for using the sounds. You will also have broken the law.
When you purchase a product from us, you are not obtaining ownership of the product – you are in fact purchasing a LICENSE to use the sounds and files purchased within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The original producer(s) of the sounds and files will always remain their owner(s).
It depends. If the product is marked as “royalty free”, then you may use its melodies in your musical productions. Otherwise, it means the melodies might be copyrighted and you cannot use them as such in your productions. This will be specificed in the product page. If you aren’t sure, feel free to drop us an E-mail and we will let you know.
Regarding the specific case of DAW templates: please understand that templates are intended for educational/inspirational purposes, even when they are royalty-free. You may not release and/or distribute the exact original track that the template is based on as your original track.
You may use the sounds and files purchased in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. Since our products are royalty free, you may release your musical compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. For example, if you are the original purchaser of a Myloops sample pack, and you used sounds from it to create a musical production which ends up being signed on a record label, you would keep all the royalties that the production earns you, because you already purchased a private license to use the sounds commercially within musical compositions. You cannot redistribute the sounds and files, or use them in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released soundware product – for instance you cannot use samples purchased on Myloops to make another sample pack, or “library music” sound file album, or multimedia sound library CD-ROM.

Myloops Free Sounds
Myloops offers over 4GB of free sounds for various genres. The only requirement is to subscribe to our newsletter. The steps are very simple:
1) Enter your E-mail address in the subscription form and submit. You will receive a confirmation E-mail within minutes.
2) Confirm your newsletter subscription by clicking the link inside the E-mail. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder too.
3) You will be redirected to the free downloads page.
Also, please note you do not need to register for a Myloops user account in order to access the free downloads. You just need to subscribe to our newsletter.
