Hey guys, Tycoos here!
This is an Ableton Live remake of my own tune called ‘Your Own Way’ (played by Madwave at Street Parade 2016 on FSOE Love Mobile Truck).
Studying this project file will give you a great insight on the processing of individual channels & mixing uplifting trance in Ableton Live, through the use of EQ, compression, delay, reverbs, layering & more.
This template comes loaded up with full arrangement (as heard in the audio demo), mixing, FX chains, MIDI data and automation. It all comes loaded with all the samples and synth presets, so you’ll get what you hear in the demo (if you have these synths & plugins).
All channels in the projectย are synth/midi channels, except for the following which are only included as audio :
- piano (Kontakt 5, Evolution Rosewood Grand)
- choir (Omnisphere 2)
- acid line
- sweeps, risers, etc.
IMPORTANT:
This is an actual release so you not allowed to use these melodies & vocals in your own tracks. But feel free to use any synth & effect sounds, presets, settings in your own production.

Another A+ project from Tycoos. This is an amazing opportunity to see how a top-level trance producer does his thing, especially with just a few common synths and built-in ableton plugins. Apart from the obvious benefits like huge leads and razor-sharp mixing, I learned a lot from the small details like layering two kicks and multiple sweeps and FX for silky smooth transitions. A perfect place to start when inspiration strikes for your next track, as you can have a professional-sounding mix very quickly.

This is the first template I have ever bought and I think it’s brilliant. It is without doubt the best way to learn how to produce trance as everything is right there in front of you. I have learned how to properly layer a kick drum, how loud my sub should be as well as loads and loads of other stuff too numerous to mention. Also another tip: If you don’t have some of the plug-ins, like say Sylenth, for example, then simply download the demo and you can still hear the sounds and check out how they are made. If you’ve never bought a template before, buy this one. You won’t go wrong.

Very good uplifting trance template. You can look into how works a well done uplifting project. The track is very melodic, dynamic and well-structured. I recommend it for everyone who make trance projects.

Provides an excellent insight into how an Uplifting Trance track is structured, 56 tracks of midi and audio together with the synth (Spire) presets. All very well labelled and organized. My only slight disappointment is that all the fx are within the synths or they use “wet” audio samples, there were no fx return busses used. Hence only 4* but even knowing that, I would still buy it as it has helped me to understand how to build my own trance tracks. So I would strongly recommend buying this for any aspiring trance-head producers.
