Serum Trance Family Vol. 1 is a great place to start to learn the synth. It contains 64 Serum Presets including : 18 Pluck sounds, 10 Lead sounds, 19 Bass sounds, 5 Synth sounds, 7 Pad sounds, 1 Stab sounds, 2 SQ sounds, 2 FX sounds. What I do to learn the synth is to emulate all these sounds from scratch. I can say now I’m totally comfortable with this synth. I was scared at first.

Ca commence avec les basses et ça commence mal, il n’y a pas de graves, aucun corps, c’est un cheap au point que je pense avoir oublié de charger des wavetables, mais non, il n’y en a pas de fourni avec, donc ben, dommage, mais les basses sont très décevantes.
C’est un peu mieux sur les leads mais c’est tout juste passable, rien de bien marquant.
On reste au même niveau moyen sur les pads, vraiment pas ébourriffants.
Le seul intérêt de la banque réside dans quelques plucks et quelques synths qui sont les deux catégories qui s’en sortent le mieux.
Autant le dire, de la part d’Ancore, c’est une grosse déception, encore plus quand on connaît le potentiel de Serum. Bref, je ne recommande vraiment pas cette banque de presets.
